Another Perfect Day

Breakfast

5 oz Perfect Food mixed in distilled water
8 oz strawberry/banana/grape juice
16 oz Carrot/Beet/Cucumber juice
8 oz distilled water

Snack - 10am

handful of raw walnuts
handful of organic raisins
one small bottle Smart Water

Lunch

hummus with shaved cucumber, olive oil and paprika
green salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
gluten free crackers
decaf pomegranate iced tea with limes

Snack - 4pm

8 oz distilled water

Dinner

Raw vegetable salad: every organic vegetable chopped
Salad dressing: balsamic vinegar, raw minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, fresh dill, 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Rice linguine with olive oil and sea salt

Baked Brussels sprouts: in covered dish in oven on 350 for 45 minutes
halved sprout with olive oil and white pepper to taste

Dessert - 9pm

8 oz distilled water
