Dairy: The Glue that Keeps You Sick

I've suggested cutting meat from your diet in order to alkalize your body and push your pH into a healthy range to boost your immune system. For obvious reasons, it is never a good idea to ingest preservatives or chemically altered foods. But dairy including butter, milk, cheese, sour cream, ricotta, mayonnaise, whipped cream and yogurt is the glue that keeps you sick.

"Casein, and very likely all animal proteins, may be
the most relevant cancer-causing substances that we consume. Adjusting the
amount of dietary casein has the power to turn on and turn off cancer
growth."

For the same reasons that meat is difficult for the body to put to good use, dairy is equally hard for the body to digest much less use to any benefit. Because cows are injected with growth hormones, steroids and antibiotics, their resulting milk contains the same. A thirty year study was conducted by the Chinese government on cancer and the lead scientist concluded that he could keep cancer alive in a Petri dish simply by feeding it dairy products. (Read The China Study by T. Colin Campbell.)

Viable dairy substitutes are: soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, soy yogurt, Vegennaise, Nayonnaise and soy cheese. It does not go unnoticed that the majority of restaurants only serve dishes that are composed of meat and dairy. Is it also no wonder there is so much illness.

I know by now you are thinking, "This is insane. No one can eat this way. What is left to eat if you cut out meat/wheat/dairy?"
